Bluffs at Dove Mountain The Bluffs is a neighborhood of approximately 250 single family homes located within Dove Mountain, a spectacular master-planned community located in the foothills of the Tortolita Mountains in NW Tucson, where the emphasis is on low density housing in a natural high Sonoran desert setting.
Builders in The Bluffs include Monterey Homes, A.F.
