Dyanna Jordan

For most people, purchasing a home is their largest investment, and therefore, my responsibility is to make sure everything is completed correctly, successfully, and on time. I think I'm as excited as my clients when I hand them the keys to their new home!

In my professional career as a Broker-Associate in Boulder, Colorado, I've gained experience in residential sales, new construction, custom built homes, and relocation since 1989. As a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, I've worked with people whose prices range from $50 K to $2.5 million. I hold a license as a real estate agent in San Diego, California, and currently in Tucson, Arizona. I'm experienced in the practice of "Exclusive Buyer Agency," earning my ABR designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative). I have a proven record as a strong, and experienced contract negotiator, and most importantly, I believe in protecting my clients interests.

While my area of expertise lies in Oro Valley, I've successfully studied and sold homes in other areas of Tucson. I prefer to maintain a portfolio that allows me time with each client, helping them from beginning to closing. As one client, Mr. and Mrs. D. said, "Dyanna took the time to research only houses with the amenities we were looking for within our price range. She would meet us early in the morning and worked with us well into many late evenings. One evening she called us to let us know about a home coming on the market, and through all her hard work, she found our house we now call home."

I have two sons--both are graduates from the University of Colorado in Boulder, and both are professional pilots. I have two lovely daughters-in-law, and two beautiful grandchildren...Keegan and Gillian.

In my free time my passion is sculpting! I also love to travel, hike, and power-walk.
