Gary Bufferd

 

Gary M. Bufferd, GRI joined the esteemed Mehalic-Halle Team in 2005 (then associated with Windermere Distinctive Homes and Land and now a part of RealEstate.com REALTORS�), and is one of the top listing agents in NW Tucson. He specializes in the marketing and sale of homes and custom lots in Dove Mountain, Saguaro Ranch, and other communities in NW Tucson.

Born and raised in Connecticut, Gary attended and graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington and then relocated to California and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for nearly a decade. He became a resident of Arizona in 2002 and, soon thereafter, began his career of providing exceptional customer service as a Quality Service Certified� real estate professional. In February 2007, Gary obtained his GRI designation (Graduate of the REALTOR� Institute) so that he could offer the best representation for his seller and buyer clients.

Gary's early interest in architecture, his love of "old homes" (he and his wife renovated 3 historic properties), and the influence of his mother (a part-time residential real estate sales agent) and sister (a commercial real estate broker) all inspired Gary to pursue and build a successful business in the industry.

Since Gary has partnered with Nikki Mehalic-Halle and her team of talented agents and support staff, he's even more capable of providing top-notch and customized service for each of his clients. He's built his business and reputation by offering quality customer service, maintaining high standards of professionalism, and performing (rather than just making promises).
