La Cholla Estates - Oro Valley

My neighborhood of La Cholla Estates (HOA) is a small community of about 95 homes located on the East/North section off Naranja and La Cholla. Our homes were built between 2000 and 2003 approximately, with a playground and park/picnic area. It's a friendly little neighborhood comprised of single and two story homes...with a nice mix of family, professionals and retirees. One of the best things about our neighborhood is it's proximity to Ironwood Ridge H.S., and Wilson Elementary--both within walking distance. We are also within walking distance to shopping, the Oro Valley library, Oro Valley Town Hall, walking paths, and Town activities.
