Nikki Mehalic-Halle is a top-producing agent and REALTOR® who opened her own boutique real estate office in Oro Valley in 2004. Born in British Columbia and raised in Michigan, Nikki became an Arizona resident in 1984. After graduating from ASU, Nikki served as the Director of Marketing for Vistoso Partners. Correctly recognizing a great market opportunity in Oro Valley, Nikki obtained her real estate license in 1997.
An architecture and land development lover, Nikki built an impressive career that allows her to stay close to both while helping others find enjoyment and delight in them as well. Understandably, people are usually overwhelmed when they want to buy or sell a home. They're not just dealing with all the logistics and financial elements of moving, they also have the family's well being to attend to. Children moving away from schools and friends, having to find new, quality basic services like auto repair, doctors, dentists, and so on. When they try to evaluate which realtor to engage, it's easy to get bogged down in loads of information – most of which is really irrelevant. This is all especially true in a fluid, dynamic environment, such as the Tucson real estate market.
My relatively small company lunged to being the top seller of real estate in Southwest Arizona in just a couple of years because I made it all really simple for the client.
