Sunstone Estates in Northwest Tucson Sunstone Estates is a unique and relatively tucked-away gated neighborhood of about 50 custom homes in the original area of Oro Valley. Sunstone is located less than a mile from Oracle Road affording easy access to all the amenities of both Oro Valley and Tucson.
The homes were built in the late 1990’s by Custom builder Jon Schimmer and are all different and unique as homeowners were allowed to make numerous changes to the layouts. Homes are currently priced in the $400-$500K range, and when they go on the resale market, they move quickly!
